The report describes what can be observed: structure, whether there is an example, a number, a link to the role. Never a judgement about you as a person.

- Name, age, contact details and sensitive mentions are removed on your iPhone before anything is sent. You see the exact text that leaves.
- Audio is never recorded. Only the transcript is used for the report.
- No ads, no trackers. Deleting your account from the app erases everything, including at the voice provider.
Frequently asked questions
Is NELO free?
Yes, to start: CV import and review, unlimited job ads, one CV ↔ job match and a 2-minute “Introduce yourself” with its report. Full voice interviews are part of Premium, from €7.99 a week.
Is the recruiter a real person?
No. The recruiters are characters driven by AI, with a synthetic voice. Each has their own personality and follows an interview plan prepared from your CV and the job ad.
What happens to my CV?
It is anonymised on your iPhone before anything is sent: name, age, address, phone, email and sensitive mentions are removed and never stored. Only your first name is kept so the recruiter can address you.
How long is an interview?
5, 10 or 15 minutes, your choice. The announced length is kept, and the report arrives about forty seconds after the call ends.
Which languages does NELO support?
English and French, for the app and for the interviews. Each recruiter has a native voice in both languages.
Is NELO available on Android?
Not yet. NELO runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Can NELO predict whether I will be hired?
No. NELO helps you practise and measures what can be observed in your answers. It does not predict a recruiter’s decision.
