# Pricing

Everything written (CV, job ads, matching) is cheap to produce and largely free. Voice is expensive: Premium works with an allowance of interview minutes.

Prices shown are for France, including VAT, paid through the App Store, which displays the price for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your iPhone settings.

## How minutes are counted

-   Each started minute counts, capped at the length you chose: a 10-minute interview never uses more than 10 minutes.
-   A call shorter than one minute is neither charged nor reported.
-   The spoken debrief costs 1 minute, once; replays are free. Retrying a question costs 2 minutes.

## Questions about pricing

### Do I need a card to try it?

No. The free version asks for no payment method. The first voice call only asks you to sign in with Apple.

### How do I cancel?

In iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, NELO. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

### What happens when my minutes run out?

Written features stay available. You can add 60 minutes with a top-up, or wait for your monthly renewal.
